group text issue

Hello,

I run a local sports team and I send a few texts out to groups to notify players that they have been selected. I occasionally get a complaint, usually from an iphone user that they have received the text 10 or more times. Is this a problem with my lumia 800 (on EE UK, fully updated), or is it an iphone issue? I'd quite like to blame them!
