One credit card on Multiple Microsoft Accounts?

My girlfriend and I both have Windows Phone 8 devices, but only my credit card is capable for online purchasing.
I have tried to add my credit card to her Wallet (on her WP device), but everytime I entered credentials the Wallet app gave me an error that it can't verify credit card.
Next I tried to add her to My Family hub and signed her as a parent. That still didn't work.

Is there any way for a single credit card to be used across different Microsoft accounts?

There is no reason you can't use one credit card across multiple Microsoft accounts.

Have you tried logging into your girlfriend's account using a PC and entering the credit card details in the Billing section?
