Phone still rings for a second in earpiece

Does anyone have this problem with their Lumia 920, when somebody rings my phone and I answer it ,it still rings for a second through the ear speaker when I put it up to my ear, please reply!!!

Sometimes many people have faced ringtone stutters, i have seen this on my 820, although happens very rarely now after some software updates.

Ah right cool thanks I thought it might be a faulty phone. Can you tell me what firmware you are running?? I'm still on 1249 waiting on the 1308 firmware

i am running 1232.5957.1308.0001
So yeah 1308 did improve mine. i rarely see it now.
