voice search not avilable

I am using Lumia 920 in India.
I don't have a voice search option or dictate to text under messages (no mic logo present)

Though in videos I have seen that option to be present. How to enable that?

Also, long pressing windows logo button launches voice input screen. A simple command 'search help' wasn't recognizable.
I have kept phone language as Engish, Country as India, Regional format as India (English) and browser & search language as English (India)

Please if someone knows why is it so, help me out..

That feature is not available in India. I have a trick to enable it.

Go to settings> Speech. In that menu click on speech language drop down and select English United States. It will download it and restart your device if it was not already downloaded.
If you are from India (so am I) and have a typical Indian accent you will find the service horrible since it locks on to our accent only 1 out of 3 times. (I tried it a lot)
and MOreover the local scout will not display any deals in India I think.
