Why aren't phones getting data sense

My ATIV S is unbranded and unlocked and with the GDR2 update I now have Data Sense. Not sure about other manufacturers though.

Mine is also unbranded and unlocked ATIV S, and I have no datasense It has the latest OS update 8.0.10327.77. My firmware revision version is 2424.14.5.1 and hardware revision is 15.15.1.0. Could you share your firmware and hardware version, probably my versions are too old?

Having had two providers, one supporting it and one that doesn't, that is my experience.

Sure they are the same as yours, I needed to do a hard reset to get data sense to show up though.
