I need some help migrating live account.

My Live ID is currently associated to my @cox.net email. I am getting rid of Cox and will get an @outlook.com email. My question is, how do I migrate all of my contacts from the old to the new? Want to do this at the same time I activate my 1020.

Easiest way will be to log into you live account and create a new outlook.com alias and then make that email the primary. That way you will not need to migrate anything.
