Obama overturns US ITC's AT&T Apple ban...shame

Might have forced AT&T to decrummify their support for WP

For those not totally in the know here, or just completely burned out by these stupid patent wars, Samsung recieved an injuction on older Apple products (iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 3G and iPad 2 3G) due to some patent infringement. The President (actually U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman, representiting the president) overturned that ban allowing AT&T to continue or restart the sale of those products.

Not sure how any of this effects WP products. AT&T has done a good job giving WP8 support. These older Apple devices still sell, at least the ones that haven't been discontinued. But I do not think it matters except to Sammy and Apple.

Patent wars. Ick.

Why is this a shame? Samsung is the shame, or rather, joke, for attempting to get anything Apple produces banned. Please... It clearly has nothing to do with WP because Samsung doesn't care enough for it, plus they're claiming Apple infringes on its Android garbage. Again, it's a joke.

Apple has tried to get Samsung stuff banned as well.....
