Notifications Count on Games Tile

I tried searching the forums for anything recent but couldn't find anything so apologies in advance if this is a duplicate. For the past 3 weeks or so, I have not received one single notification in the Games Hub (for example turn notifications in AlphaJax). When I open Games and it finishes updating, the notifications all pop up at once. I've never had trouble with this before and was wondering if anyone else has encountered and if so have a possible fix. Thanks
