Multitasking Concerns

I already know how multitasking works on WP8, but I have some concerns about it. I saw a topic on this forum about a "Close some apps" error message. If all background apps are halted and stored to memory, then pushed away into nothingness, that shouldn't happen, right? Another concern I have is what happens to the apps after they are pushed out of the backstack. Are they just gone, or stored to the internal storage? If they are stored in internal storage, could that have been one of the causes of the Other storage problem?

The others has no connection to multitasking. In GDR 2 nokia (or MS) adressed the issue. The problem was in installation files not removed after install. The running programs use RAM. The stopped apps just stop and do nothing.
