Windows 8,1 Preview Evaluation, Not Pro, Not Enterprise.. wtf...

Hey guys so i recently updated my windows 8 to windows 8.1 from via the microsoft update link. However, now that I have updated, My watermark states that it is a "Preview Evaluation" only. On my fathers laptop, it says "Preview Pro" and on some other devices, it shows "Preview Enterprise".
So my question is; Why did i get the short end of the stick?
Whats the difference between Pro and Enterprise? and How do i get the "Pro" or "Enterprise" versions.

Windows 8.1 is not out until October.

It depends on which win 8 licence you have on the computer you're upgrading. If you have Windows 8 Pro you'll get the Windows 8.1 Pro Preview, if you have Windows 8 you get the "ordinary" Windows 8.1 Preview etc.
