I remember when using the integrated search for a local business or resource that it would pop up in the search results. I'd be able to call or get directions direct from the results. This no longer seems to be happening. I used it a few times to get the phone number and driving directions to a local auto shop.

Now Bing can no longer find the same search and identify it as a local search. This seems to be a big step backwards. But at least there are plenty of third party apps

It comes up on occasion. Just not like it used to. There was a local hub on the results and it integrated everything nicely.

Basically I could pop in a local business, doctor, etc. and then call or get directions.

Now more often then not I just get basic web results for things I know used to get hits.
