Duplicate/Multiplying Files on Lumia 720

Evrn after amber update. It looks like my phone is still multiplying files. I have had it repaired. Sent mails to nokia, all they say is submit. I am so tired of going back and forth to their care centre. After submitting my phone therr it looks like hanging problems, touch not responding, battery drain all these have become more menacing. Files too multiplying at exponential rates. Why is this? Wasn't amber supposed to fix all these issues??

Same problem with the duplicate files after the update too.
Secondly if i delete the album , the artist name continue to show in the list in Music+Videos

Yeah its happening with my music files. I had my phone repaired at the care centre. However, the fix was temporary like i suspected. I have had enough, I am asking for my money back, its kjust too much inconvenience. To top if off, microsoft doesn't seem to care, nor does nokia. Nokia only tells you to approcah a care centre. I don't know which part of the sentence is difficult to understand when i say the fix is only temporary.
