Me Tile Photo Update Problem

So I am trying to update the photo of myself under my people tile app. I use facebook sparingly and don't have a photo up on my facebook account. I clicked on the photo placeholder, I went to my camera roll and selected a camera photo, cropped it, and then selected 'Post to Outlook' and hit the send button. However, it doesn't update my photo and just leaves it as the blank placeholder picture. I think it is defaulting to my facebook photo (which is blank). Is there a way to override this behavior and have it use Outlook instead without deleting my facebook account from my phone? Thanks for your help.
