When will IE gain 'tap to play' type of flash restrictions?

Or does it already exist? I know I can block all flash on certain websites.

I'm talking about being able to have multiple flash video tabs open and not having to rush through and pause them.

If they ever add it it better be optional. The reason I quit using opera a long time ago was because click to play drove me insane.
