Is there any information on the web that devices older than 1520/1320 will lack some functions when WP 8.1 released?

1520 is too big for me and I don't want to buy 1020 or 920 and then find out that they lack some cool features 8.1 has

I think will get everything but the 1080p display as that is only on the bigger devices. I would go with a 1020 or 928 as they have 32 gigs of on board memory. The 920 only has 16 gigs.

    WRONG! 920 has 32, the 925 has 16.

Well some graphics intensive games may run just a pinch smoother on the newer SOCs but all should be optimized for those 512mb devices. Only thing older devices won't have is the extra column of tiles.
