Explorer context menu in another language

Hello,

I installed English language pack on my 8.1 (default language was Italian).
Now the OS is all in English except for the right-click menu on a word document (see attached image)



I have Office 2013 (preinstalled on my Surface). All Office apps are in English but I don't understand why this menu is in portuguese.. And only for word documents.

How can I fix this? Installing the language pack was the first thing I did after I installed 8.1, I lauched Office only AFTER the language pack.
Any idea? Thank you!

I already changed my Office language (it was the first thing I did) but the issue with context menu remains.

You could try a reinstall from control panel programs and features

For clarity:
My Windows 8.1 is all in English
My Office apps is all in English
Only the menu entries you can see in the screenshot are in portuguese (note: there is no portuguese language pack installed!)

Go to control panel --> Language --- Advance setting ---- override windows display language and select English ( US or UK whichever suits you).
