What are the best wp8 budget phones ?

It's easy to say which are the best flagships but what about budget phones ?

The price range ?, nothing more expensive than a lumia 620 (no specials or promotions count, device must be available internationally and not some back street brand which no one has hardly heard of)

Nokia Lumia 520 for sure. It's about a hundred USD to buy, I believe. I have a 920 and a 520, and the 520 runs much better than anything else for it's price.

Hmm, Only three manufacturers(or 'OEM's) who has come forward for Windows Phone 8 - Nokia, Samsung and HTC. You dont have no-name Android cheapstakes competing here. Each WP OS costs for a license and WP8 has a market share of 4% a true fact. Nokia Lumias are the best Windows experience, first- Nokia's awesome hardware coupled with their software(Nokia HERE drive, etc etc) For budget of <620, there are only two: Lumia 520,HTC 8S and 620. With a Lumia 620 you get a clearblack display, front facing camera, backlit(on navigation button), rear camera flash and NFC. If you dont want any of that, then go for the 520. It's got a slightly bigger 4" display and a better battery.
