How to save SkyDrive pictures to pc

This may sound really stupid but how do I save pictures from my SkyDrive on win8 to my PC. I used to just rght click and there was an option but now after the latest update there isn't. There's manage and make available offline but now save to PC.

Do You use Windows 8.1?
In Windows 8.1 having libaries opened, You have Your Skydrive icon - allowing You to open Your skydrive just like any other folder inside file manager. From there You can copy-paste or just plain drag and drop Your files/pictures directly to other folders on Your computer.

choose make available offline, then go to my computer or file explorer, on the left you'll find skydrive folder. you'll find your offline content there.
