Vibration dont work for some time!! Lumia 620 Amber

Hi.. my phone stops vibrating on calls and THREE BUTTONS randomly after getting Toast notifications for HIKE and WHATSAPP
it resumes normal after some 5 minutes!!
any help appreciated..

ya it started after Amber.. it is clearly related to Toast notifications.. I think the toast keep the vibration OCCUPIED for some time and fail to release VOLUNTARILY..

have you ever experienced it? Should I contact Nokia Care??
I m afraid I will loose the Angrybirds starwars if they Reset or Replace

aahhh it appeared two times more.. I m going to take it to Nokia Care :crying:

Try resetting your phone once. Maybe GDR2 wasnt installed properly !
I usually do a hard reset or soft reset after any update i receive.

how to hard reset?? volume down+power ??
will that erase memory???
