Glance Screen/Standby Screen Broken? Is it possible?

I wanna ask if it's possible that only the standby screen(where glance is shown) is broken. Everything else on the screen is fine except that one. I own a Lumia 820, Few months old. It worked a few months then it suddenly disappeared. Another problem im experiencing with the standby screen is when making skype/viber calls. Whenever I attempt to call someone, screen goes on standby(blackout) and will stay there, and whenever I click the unlock button it wont show the lock screen fully but will fluctuate in showing the lock screen for like less than second then will return to the dark screen. The phone will return to it's normal state after the skype/viber call fails and ends the call. Anyone experience this before or know how to fix it? Thank you
