Windows Store 8020002e Error

I'm trying to download new apps from the store but I receive this error. I also received notifications that many of my apps have updates but I can't download them all because again of this 8020002e error. Do you have any idea how to fix this? I've been into the Microsoft sites and other forums but none of the solutions there helped me

I already tried resetting the store, troubleshooting the updates centre, etc.

Either its a temporary glitch or the time/date on the phone might be wrong?

I have this for almost a week now so I gather it's not temporary. What's weird is that I have another account in my laptop set up for my sister and she can download apps.
