The WPCentral forums are great, but I believe it could use a companion.
I would like to suggest setting up a number of Groupme groups to increase the success rate for troubleshooting WP8 issues (and perhaps other platforms such as Surface and Windows).
I believe some of the posts created on WPC are unnecessary or spiral out of control. Some of you may have a simple question that could be answered instantly instead of being ignored. To prevent these types of posts and reduce the work of the admins, issues can be solved in the Groupme groups and the questions and solutions can be posted to WPC.
I would therefore suggest to have at least one person per Groupme group responsible for posting the question/problem and its answer/solution to the WPC forums. It would also be imperative that we stick to the same guidelines as we have on the forums, which can be found here: http://forums.windowscentral.com/wpcentral-com-site-news-feedback-help/204020-rules.html#post1770348.
Furthermore, it would be advisable to have an official language, which I believe, should be kept the same as the WPC forums - English. Any other languages would not benefit the groups as not everyone is from the same country. For example, I am Dutch and am quite willing to speak only English (seeing I live in the UK as well lol).
In case you are worried about exposing your e-mail address, you can create an alias in Outlook to hide your actual email address. Perhaps your alias could be your username on here??
Let me know what you think guys/gals and MODS!
