Decent storage.
Micro SD.
Micro Sim Card.
Not too expensive.

Dude, wait a couple of months a whole slew of news phones will be launched with the latest Windows Phone 8.1. Most of the newer phones have SD card compatibility.

Says the guy recommending a 512Mb phone. The Ativ S has twice the RAM and storage, it has a bigger screen and battery. It also has higher resolution. You can replace most of Nokias apps with third party apps but you can't replace the hardware... The OP didn't mention anything about apps, all he listed was hardware related. That being said, apps are important on phones so choose wisely =)
