    I think not if you're talking about just vibration. If you want to switch sound on and sound off you can press either volume button and then click the button in the top right corner.

    I know that. Just like you can quickly silence your phone. I think you should be able to quickly be able to turn vibrate on and off as well. I wish there was a quicker way.

    Nope, that's not (yet) available. I think I've seen other people request it,who knows, it might be in a future update. Right now you have to go to settings unfortunately.

    The live tile on the quiet hours app is a toggle that turns sound on and off. It's very handy.
