Is there any way to automatically scroll back to the top of a webpage in the IE browser?

    1. Launch Internet Explorer and go to any webpage you want.
    2. Head to the bottom menu by hitting the Context (three-dot) button in the lower-right corner.
    3. Choose the ‘add to favorites’ option.
    4. In the ‘Name’ field, you can enter "Jump to Top"
    5. In ‘Web address’ field write the the following string- javascript:scroll(0,0)
    6. Hit ‘done’

You can use this tip to scroll to the bottom of the page too. Just save the same script in the address field like:

    - javascript:scroll(0,xxx)

where "xxx" is a huge number, like 100000, for instance.

Thanks for this workaround. A slight correction to the Java address... Enter as below with no dash or commas, and add the carat ^ to the beginning of the name of your bookmark so that it remains at the top of your list of favorites. i.e.,

    ^ Top of Page

    javascript:scroll(00)

I think it cannot work! Apparently, you can't add unencoded , (semicolon) in a URL and JavaScript would not understand scroll(00)
It would be surprising if these tricks worked in your phones!

IT does work, but it requires a few steps and is really much more complicated than it needs to be (as in the iphone)

Hmmm. I use 0,0 and it works flawlessly.

Thank you, just what I was looking for. E.g. when you want to switch between languages on an overlong Wikipedia page, this is a must.
