NFC Bluetooth pairing - Tap to pair

Hi, I'm pretty sure I already know the answer to this but is it possible to to create your own "Tap to pair" bluetooth speaker using an NFC tag. I've tried every NFC writer app I can find but none of them allow me to pair, just to open the bluetooth settings page. What I'm after is something similar to the "Tap to pair" used in the Nokia branded bluetooth speakers and headsets but using a tag I write myself. Is this just something that isn't possible on WP8 at the moment and if so is there any talk at all about MS removing the restrictions on NFC in the future?

FYI I've got a Lumia 920.

I'm not sure about that. I've not used any NFC writers. What little I've used BT it has worked great.
