Hello there.
Been seeing this "bug" around for a while now. Has anyone ever reported it.?

***EDIT***

I just realized how unclear I'd been in my previous post.
So, my phone is running GDR3 with the Black update but this "bug" still seems to be there. First time I noticed was a few months back but didn't really realize how worrisome this is. Windows Phone is meant to be a secure platform and stuff like these make me wonder how wonder just how much more the OS has to mature. Regardless, here's how you can find this bug.
This isn't a security bug unless you're phone is password protected, so this goes without saying. Secondly you need to have kids corner enabled. Here's how it goes.

"Lock your phone and swipe over to the kids corner ever so lightly. It also work if you drag it over to specific areas in the screen. At first I though it was only possible at the absolute center of the screen, which is not the case. At this point the display is sort of "stuck". Hit the home button and you can see a teeny bit of whatever is currently running."

This probably isn't a major thing, and that's why haven't said anything about this earlier, just thought you should know.

It always happens in lock screen, pressing the home button lifts slightly the image, showing what's underneath. It' there from the very beginning i believe, al least since portico...

This is not a bug.?
What do you mean if I have a pin.?
If I have an app running in the background, I can see parts of even that.
This is an OS for gods sake. It shouldn't have such security loopholes.

When you press the home button while in the lock screen, there is a visual animation that hints you to swipe up.
This is the way it works even without kids corner.

Yes, I think the OP knows that. That's not what he's mentioning complaining about.

Usually when you have a pin lock enabled and you press the home button you will see the animation hint and you will see "enter Pin code" appearing from the bottom. The OP mentions that if your screen is half-way betwen your regular lockscreen and the kids corner lockscreen the hinting animation will show whatever is behind the lockscreen instead of the "enter pin code" screen.

I myself can not see this as a major security issue as the size of the screen you can see glancing is way too little to be of any use. Plus, I myself can not even reproduce it unless I have my pin lock set to "always", i usually have my pin lock set to kick in after 30 minutes.

I was going to respond that yes it pops up, but I only see the number pad for putting in the pin. Then I tried a few times and was able to get stuck between lock screen and kids corner. When I hit the windows key, sure enough the image was my start screen, not the number pad. Doesn't really bother me though.
