because i think it is missing in wp8.1 update.. According to leaked sdk.

mobile data is missing.
I'm pretty sure that Tom Warren tweeted out either a screenshot or just a tweet that mobile data was confirmed.

Here is the proof (Some SDK leaks) shows that there is no mobile data option in quick settings?
Could you show me your proof that there is such an option there?

I think we shouldn't be selfish.
I don't need that option too, but I know that there are many (may be millions of) people in the world who need this feature in quick settings, so I voted for them.
The option to disable data is there, just not in the quick settings. MS probably sees it as a feature that people wont need to use every day so they didn't include it. Though I don't see how if it is a requested feature (im sure they are still scouring forums and uservoice for information to get a feel of 8.1) it wouldn't take them about 12 seconds to implement it.

mobile data on/off is most valuable feature for us in developing countries..
we users wanted it in quick settings same like android which mostly useable toggel of quick settings in developing countries where more than 90% users use limited data plans coz unlimited data plans r not affortable here..
you guys mostly use high speed wifi so u not hav too much problem if mobile data toggel add or not..
tell me how u feel if ms drop wifi toggle from quick settings?

here almost 90% users not use wifi.. every1 depends on limited celullar data plans like 2G n 3G..
so mobile data toggel is most important for millions here..

I don't think it's related with Sim card.
As you'll see in the video above, there is no "mobile data on/off option" for quick settings and probably it won't be there when you put sim card.
By the way, It should be better if there's a mobile data on/off option instead of "camera option(!)" in quick settings. Camera has already a dedicated button and a start shortcut tile!
