Change defaults?

I know I saw something about changing the default SMS app, but I didn't see anything about changing defaults otherwise. Or access to video library for developers. Someone enlighten me please?

Oh, sorry if I was unclear, I read a bit more about it now, but I am sorry, don't think about my last post, I got it wrong, unfortunately I can't answer your question...

If you're thinking what I'm thinking then yes. I posted it earlier also.
For example if we get that file manager and you open a file, you can choose the default app that will open it.
Same goes for texts, music, documents, everything... the same as you can do on a Windows PC.
