windows 8.1 update

is dev preview available for everyone?
i have already signed in the preview for developer app.
do i have to just wait now?
do i have to keep the app installed for further notice?

WP 8.1 hasn't been released as of yet. It probably won't be released until after the BUILD event in April.

No idea if it will be different than the last time. Also there is word out that the updated will come to existing customers quickly. But who knows?
