Hmm, I don't even have refocus yet and I have a Lumia 820. Still, at 16 megapixels if it doesn't have a pixel binning function that camera is going to produce a hell of a lot of noise, assuming the usual small camera phone sensor. That'll mean a hell of a lot of smeary post processing. Glad I haven't got a camera like that.

Won't make a difference to the reviews, they'll love it and claim its another advantage over WP even though its already available on devices with the best smartphone cameras.
