Can someone please tell me how to backup my contacts all on my sim or atleast get them on my pc for later.

when you save a new contact,save it in hotmail...so that they are synced into your Microsoft account ,and as for the old contacts,go to emails +accounts in settings and sync your hotmail account

You could also just login to Outlook.com and export your contacts as a .csv file. This assumes you are syncing everything with your Microsoft account. The app Ray has pointed out looks to be a nice alternative as well.
