I'm having an issue with windows phone 8 devices, I've tested 2 registering them using a certificate on our exchange server 2013.
I've installed the certificate on the devices. I've entered the correct server name and passwords for the account and I get the message; Not updated, There's a problem with {exchange dns name} try again later. I can see it's reaching the server as I can see information on the IIS logs.
I look on exchange under the mobile section and the device does not appear as we quarantine them for approval.
I tested from an android device. Using the same certificate and settings and it worked first time. I can see the device awaiting approval.
Anyone why I'm having this issue?
