After the recent announcements at Build 2014 and Nokia's decision to not release any brand new flagship phone that compliments the release of Windows Phone 8.1, I'm beginning to see the upcoming Samsung and (unannounced, but very possible) HTC Windows Phones as viable options to purchase with the new OS update.

One of the most exciting features, that I find, as part of 8.1 is the greatly expanded SD card support. Both Samsung and HTC currently support SD cards on their Galaxy S and M8 phones, respectively, so I would gladly adopt one of them just to get that functionality.

Plus, imagine the HTC M8 coming over to Windows Phone. That is one sexy device!

What're everyone else's thoughts on the matter?

Everything regarding the Windows Phone 8.1 update outlined at Build, including the "add more tiles feature", will be coming to all future Windows Phone devices. That was stated during the keynote speech.
