Bluetooth in windows phone 8.1

?Can we send videos&other files which were not possible directly in wp8?
?Is bluetooth is present in sharing options before it is on?(since, in wp8 it should be on before we can see it on sharing options)
?Whether we need to accept one by one during receiving multiple files like in wp8?

?In every phone including feature phones we don't want to on Bluetooth by going into settings, when we choose sharing via Bluetooth it automatically gets on or asks to on, is this fixed

good question. I'm wondering also if we can now send multiple files at once because in wp8 we can only do it one by one.

Hi all!

I didn't find a more fitting thread (maybe I just didn't search hard enough), so I'll ask my question here. Maybe there's a chance that someone will know the answer for it. So:
Is there bluetooth support in the WP 8.1 emulator? I mean if I write an application in Visual Studio which use bluetooth communication, will I be able to test it with the emulator and another (not Windows Phone) device, or I'll certainly need a Windows Phone AND another bluetooth-capable device for testing?
