I dont have developer account but I want to install the windows phone 8.1 preview ... how ???

I saw that registering as a developer requires you to pat 19$ or so ... But I wont develop any wp apps .. I just wanna try out the windowsphone 8.1 preview on my lumia 520 ... So , any idea how or can i have any credentials , if anyone doesnot mind ...

Not officially confirmed, but likely around that time. Joe Belfiore said first part of April so it's assumed that means before the halfway point. (April 15th)
