1. Action Center.
2. Start screen Backgrounds. (I was pretty angry when HTC ripped off Live Tiles with Blinkfeeds, but the new parallax view makes WP unique again.)
3. Save apps/games to SD card.
4. Cortana. (No.4 since we don't get that feature officially until 2015.)
5. Everything else.

For me, believe it or not, it's the call duration in history log. I felt really bad when I moved from Symbian to WP and noticed this feature missing. I was really happy seeing the call duration log included now, although I wish they have implemented it in a more direct way without having to tap and hold.

Extra column of tiles, action centre, parallax tilegrounds and lockscreen themes. If Cortana had a universal release date (i.e. not 2015) then it would top my list!!!

I guess when I get the update, I will do the following in mentioned order:
-Pull down the notification/action center for the first time
-Tap on "Settings" on action center
-Turn on 3rd column on homescreen
-Arrange my tiles
-Experiment with background
-Set up all my apps
-Set up all my settings
-Switch region to US
-Flirt with Cortana ;-)
