I think it was 11am-ish PST on Monday Oct. 14, 2013.

Isnt DST (daylight saving time) being used now at Washington as the internet is showing actual time - 11pm sunday, DST adjusted 2 am monday:orly:

Remember the world is divided into different time zones. All the Microsoft people are getting ready for bed, if not asleep already.

Hey guys my uncle works at microsoft and is in the designer team here in India and said wind 8.1 will be available before 4

They said early in this week. What if it is not going to be released today. :(
