I thought the third row of tiles would look awesome on my 920 but it ended up looking like a clusterf*ck so Im just keeping the two rows

Yeah, the icons are too small...prolly in the final update they will remove the option...

Just updated. So if i missed anything on the following question please am sorry; Where is background tasks setting?

go to battery saver in settings then swipe to usage, it will list some apps then click show all apps at the bottom, any apps that can be changed will have the option to change settings when you select them...

when in the 3 row mode don't forget you can still resize the tile again and make each one larger and keep some small you will still gain more screen space...

store is down all over !! so it will be up any moments its not a bug ...
