Smart dial in WP 8.1?

Does anyone know if 8.1 will come with smart dial? That's the only thing I miss from the android days.

There's no sign of smart dialing in emulator...

smart dialing: open people hub, type name, dial name

Speed dialling is coming, that's a bit better, but we still cant edit a number while dialling..

I miss this on Windows Mobile....as that has had that from I think 5.X (or 6.X I forget)....
