It was leaked, however MS decided to hold it until WP8.2.
It was already in WP8.1. I wonder what happened, or they just want to force fb messenger up our asses

Fb messenger is slow as hell and unreliable, you'd think first and foremost they'd have at least one capable app in place before forcing things.
