Just posting....d points at random....which I think is necessary
1) wp8 /wp8.1 apps are sandboxed....so apps cannot exchange data from another app..its not d same in case of android.....dey are more vulnerable to threats and data theft...so in case of viruses and security threats WP users can keep on enjoying dete cup of tea...
2) d most simple ui.....android surely has a better ui...but u will alwys find dem...not satisfied wid d Ui and changing launchers from time to time.....
3) as we all know we will be getting cortana voice based virtual assistant....so dis is sumthing which can counter google now....and even defeat it ...
4) battery sustenance is quite better in d case of WP...i have used quite a no. of Lumia devices.....it last a day even after heavy usage....
5) learning d windows phone OS is very easy , its not at all complex.....u get to know d in and outs of WP very easily.....its not d same wid android......too much of customisation makes it difficult for android users....
6) google made android open source.....as a result many third party apps...which actually lag and does not give good performance....are installed....by developers.....so d chances of ur phone getting slower increases....i mean we are not xperts.....in designing apps....so android developers may make faulty apps which may affect d phones performance....for xample android launchers....consume huge amount of ram....dey customise d whole os...as a result....it slows d processing power.....but WP having limited customisation is having a advantageous position as....apps,cannot change d core OS......of Wp.....and apps in d store are verified.....and tested....so chances of ur phone malfunctioning is quite low
7) MS office...... Dete is no denying d fact DAT android has various suite for mantaing office documents....and office purposes....but having d official microsoft office apps on WP is sumthing which android users regret....
8) nokia music...... Needless t say its far better dan google music.
9) android users.....try to beat nokia lumia 1020's camera functionality.....we are all sure dey will fail big time..
10) cloud sync........of WP ...a lot better....
11) Facebook twitter Skype etc...integration in d WP Os......dis feature..is sumthing which is unique....android users don't have dis feature....although its getting removed.....which is sumthing very sad.
