What exactly are you going on about? This is the dev preview not the official release. Every outlet that cares a wiff about WP is putting out the news. So what's the issue?

Honestly, Windows Phone is all about Cortana now.
Everyone I have talked to about Windows Phone, they all say the same thing, "cortana".
