Wpcentral App App tile not working

Hi the app tile does not use the background image with 8.1 update, using the iconic live tile. Anyone has this issue too ?

You mean that WPCentral App tile is not transparent.. Right?

Mine was working, then it was back to solid accent color. Should I reinstall?

So is This a general problem or just a problem for some people, the wpc live tile is the only one not working with the new background image...
