Just trying to add a little levity to the day. Maybe I'll feel differently if/when I install 8.1 later on...on a serious note, which model phone did you upgrade? Both if you're having big problems or if everything is fine. I'm noticing many Icon owners chiming in with no problems while 820 and 920 folks are at a minimum the most vocal about problems.
