Does anyone know how the usage of apps is measured in the battery saver app? It doesn't seem to work as in Android where you see the percentages per separate charge. There, the values are reset after a full charge. How does this work in WP?

And is the usage of the app "phone" when calling or is it the full OS? I think that Android does a better job with viewing power usage. I don't see GPS or the screen mentioned either.

Anyone? No existing thread? It's not like Microsoft gave us a manual for this app!
