WP81. Dev: Apps not available anymore

I had a hard time with WP8.1 Dev installation because of the Store outage in my region ...

Now, after a hard reset, everything is freshly set up, but some apps I had previously installed can't be downloaded to my 8X anymore:

• Board Express
• Hardware Tests
• myAppFree

and a few other show up as 'f?r dieses Handy nicht verf?gbar' (not available for this device).

Some other apps in the My Apps' Not Available section were installed onto a L1020, which I had for sales promotional reasons a few months ago, but the ones mentioned above where clearly installed on my 8X until I made a hard reset yesterday. The mentioned apps also don't show up in the My Apps' Not Installed section.

Anyone experiencing the same issue?

yesterday same thing happened for me but today store is working check some time later with wifi connection....

Thanks for the hint ... but even under windowsphone.com the apps won't show up, so it's also impossible to install them this way.
