Can't get WP8.1 update even after signing up through the Preview for Dev. app

I'm in Nigeria (Africa), and i still cant see the Wp8.1 update, after downloading and signing in on the Preview for Dev. app any help???

Silly questions, but did you check for updates and are you connected to WiFi?

Also when you go into the app do you is the switch enabled?

You'll probably get a small update to GDR3 first.

I've gotten the GDR3 update, and have switched enable. Maybe its my region (Nigeria) that has problem with Store. Should i consider changing region??
