Bug Fix in WP8.1

I have logged a bug with Windows and have been told it has been confirmed and fixed in WP8.1 anyone out there willing to test to see its made it to the developer release?

Would be very grateful otherwise I will get back on to MS to confirm it! Get in touch if you think you might be able to help!

In response to finding a bug on the Lumia range of phones to do with Copy and paste and SMS messages
a bit of a background the numbers I have for Safeguarding reasons cannot be saved to my phone... the numbers are of young people who attend my scout group.
So to get around the issue I thought I could copy and paste the numbers from a list (emailed (image ending 001) or updated via onenote)
so when I copy the numbers from either email or one note formated like below
07899 668888;
07899 669999;
07899 996666;
(image ending 002)
and so on...
When i paste into the to field on sms it duplicates all the numbers twice so
instead of 3 numbers like above i get two of every number listed above.

If i then paste the same numbers into a body of an email it doesn't duplicate
some process in the to field on sms is causing the numbers to duplicate
Please note these are test mobile numbers I have had to swap out but get exactly same outcome
