Not able to open the standalone Video and Game apps after wp8.1 upgrade

After upgrading to WP 8.1 on my Lumia 520(India), i am not able to open the standalone Video and Game apps, after clicking these nothing happens, whereas I can open Music app. Any help will be highly appreciated. I have changed the region and language to be US to activate cortana .
